Application procedure


There are mainly two intakes in a year. Fall intake (Aug-Sep) and Spring intake (Jan-Feb). However there are some universities offering Summer intake of some special courses.
If you are applying after 12th standard, you should start your application procedure before your 12th exam. If you are applying after your graduation, you should start your application procedure while you are in last semester.
Generally it takes 4 – 6 weeks for universities to make admission decision after you submit all required documents.
There is no minimum or maximum number of applications but it is advisable to apply to 4 to five universities in order to secure admission.
A transcript is an official copy of a student's academic record. It records all courses successfully completed. Generally it is same as mark sheets but contains more details than mark sheets.
Generally universities issue transcripts but some colleges also issue transcripts. It is always better to get Transcripts from the University. Also don’t forget to get Transcripts in sealed envelopes.
SOP is an essay describing following points:
Your purpose in graduate study, The area of study in which you wish to specialize, Your future use of your graduate study, Your special preparation and fitness for study in the field, Any problems or inconsistencies in your records or scores such as a bad semester, Why do you wish to attend this school?
Yes, you can surely transfer your credits to the foreign universities. But it depends solely on university policies. So it is advisable to contact university in advance.

Money Matter


Main expenses before getting visa are: TOEFL/IELTS exam fee, GRE/GMAT/SAT exam fee, Consulting fee (if applicable), University application fee (if applicable), Courier charges and visa fee.
If your TOEFL/IELTS score is high and you have applied well in advanced, you are right candidate for scholarship. However, every university has different criteria for awarding scholarship so it is better to visit university website to find more about scholarship.
Many banks are now offering finance for your study abroad. You need admission letter and other financial documents for availing study loan. We can provide assistance in availing finance.
Minimum expense for studying abroad is Rs.5,00,000/- and there is no upper limit.
You can pay your university fees by demand draft in favor of university or by bank transfer. Most of the universities give facility to pay fees in installments, it is advisable to confirm fee amount with university before arranging for payment.

Courses and exams


Bachelor of Science – Undergraduate degree in different engineering fields such as Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, Computer engineering, also in Business Management (similar to BBA degree) Master of Science – A graduate degree in above mentioned fields M.B.A – A graduate degree in business administrations with concentrations offered in Finance, Marketing, Accounting etc.
For Undergraduate degrees – H.S.C (Higher Secondary) in the respective field and TOEFL/IELTS score For Graduate degree – Undergraduate degree in the respective field and TOELF/IELTS
Yes. TOEFL or IELTS both are English proficiency tests and either is mandatory for Indian students as English is not a primary language of communication in India. SAT, GRE and GMAT are tests required for admission in USA universities. For more details about this test refer to our Test Preparation section.
Depends, the institutes we work with and in general it is required to have a certain score of IELTS or TOEFL to satisfy the language requirements for the student coming from a country where English is a second language. But some institutes offer their own English coaching and they offer conditional admission without IELTS or TOEFL scores. In such cases students have to complete English study prior to starting the main study. They also charge extra fees for the English study.
IELTS and TOEFL sores are valid for two years. Most universities have their own score requirements so it is advisable to check particular university website for minimum requirements.

Visa


The visa application process is different for each country. Please contact our visa counselor for more information. We keep ourselves updated by continuously working with leading immigration consultants in various countries.
You have to prove to the visa officer that you are a genuine student and have enough funds to support your study. Also you have genuine intention of returning to your home country after completing your study. So any documents supporting these points are important for your visa. Detail list will be provided to you based on your case from Edventure office after registration.
There are no limitations on number times one can apply for visa but it is advisable not to reapply until you have valid reasons to do so.
